Cheyenne Young Professionals is a community-driven organization dedicated to connecting, developing, and empowering emerging leaders in the Cheyenne region.
Our Story
Founded by professionals who saw a need for stronger networking and leadership pathways in Cheyenne.
Cheyenne Young Professionals began when a group of emerging leaders recognized a gap: talented young people were arriving in our city — and too often leaving before the community could fully benefit from their skills, energy, and ideas.
What started as informal gatherings has grown into a vibrant organization of 500+ members across industries — from healthcare and energy to tech, education, and public service.
Today, CYP is the connective tissue for young professionals in Laramie County — a place to find your people, grow your career, and give back to the community you call home.
CYP members are diverse in background and united in purpose: to make Cheyenne a better place to live, work, and lead.
