Eligibility

Our public website is open to all visitors. Membership features, event registration, and certain programs may require an account and are subject to additional eligibility criteria described during signup or at the event.

You agree to use CYP digital services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with our Code of Conduct. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Upload malicious code, spam, or misleading content
• Harass, defame, or discriminate against others

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with CYP

Accounts & Authentication

When you create an account through our authentication platform, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

CYP may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Code of Conduct, or applicable law.

Events & Registration

Event details, capacity, pricing, and registration requirements are subject to change. CYP reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events. Refund policies for paid events, when applicable, will be stated at registration.

By registering for an event, you consent to reasonable photography or recording at public CYP gatherings, unless otherwise noted at the event.

Intellectual Property

Content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, photographs, and software — is owned by CYP or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference with attribution.

The CYP name, logo, and related marks are property of Cheyenne Young Professionals.

Our website may link to third-party sites or services (social platforms, partner organizations, payment processors). CYP is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYP and its officers, directors, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to CYP in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if no payment was made.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
